You can take thumbnail selection a step further and select specific thumbnails on each social media site. To select your thumbnail on a video posted to a Facebook Page, follow these steps from your desktop:
- Go to Facebook.com and find your Ripl. Click the drop down in the upper right corner, then "edit post"
- You'll see a selection of different still images that you can choose as your thumbnail. Use the arrows to navigate between the stills until you have a slide you like to be your thumbnail
- Click "save"
If your Ripl is posted to your personal timeline, you'll have to go to your page, click "more," select "videos," then "edit" the specific video's thumbnail.
The image you select as your thumbnail is important in drawing in your audience. Choose wisely and happy Ripl'ing!
