United States small business owners share what's working (and not working) for them.
At Ripl, we want to learn as much as we can about small business owners and operators. To that end, we invest a lot of time and energy carrying out market research on an almost-constant basis.
We regularly conduct customer interviews, focus groups, user testing, and ask our Facebook Group for input on updates we're considering—all so that we hear as much as we can about the experiences of social media marketing.
Additionally, each quarter we conduct an all-customer survey to assess trends and bring the bigger picture affecting small business owners across the U.S. into focus. From that research, we extract and share key insights that everyone should be aware of about the small business marketing industry. We highly encourage you to read the Ripl Q3 2017 U.S. Small Business Social Media Marketing Research Survey white paper.
Extracted from our full report are three infographics that visualize our survey's key findings. You can easily share them and this whole article directly to your colleagues, partners, and followers with the links at the bottom of this post.
We recognize that there may be some answer bias in our results, given that we use Ripl users to capture our responses. However, we believe that the trends related to digital and social media activity as well as marketing expenditure and strategic priorities are directionally accurate to the "state of small business marketing" today.
Please feel free to share any of our findings, including the three infographics and/or Q3 Research Survey report, through the links below with anyone who may find it interesting or helpful. And as always, we appreciate you helping to spread the word about Ripl to your friends and followers.
